The Project Team Leader will oversee Team Members as they work together to deliver the Caring Transitions core services of senior relocations and move management, downsizing and decluttering, estate sales, and home cleanouts. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the opportunity to train and supervise team members; develop and mentor the team through flawless planning and execution of tasks assigned on a project basis; Team Leaders are expected to work alongside their project Team Members to complete each project efficiently. Leaders will monitor and reinforce company guidelines, policies, and procedures and ensure safety of team, client, and property. Enjoy a flexible, part-time schedule, mostly weekday and some weekend hours available.

We specialize in providing move management, packing and resettling, downsizing and decluttering, and in-home and online estate sales. Our goal is to help our clients move, right-size, and prepare their homes for sale as quickly and with as little stress as possible, so they can focus on what they enjoy. Roles and Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming and warm work environment, demonstrate a drive for results and going above and beyond in service of the client with minimal supervision
• Ensure all tools and supplies are properly maintained and reach each job site
• Lead the team in the execution of tasks needed to complete the project with the allocated labor hours
• Report all incidents and / or accidents to management in a timely manner
• Monitor / reinforce safety procedures
• Communicate updates to clients and management as requested
• Meet routinely with management and communicate aspects of each project to the team
• Handle any immediate employee concerns or disciplinary needs per Company policy
• Notify and assist management with any ongoing or major employee issues or disciplinary action
• Ensure team member hours are being reported accurately to management for payroll in a timely manner
• Other responsibilities as needed and specific to type of project (estate sales, relocations, clean outs, etc.)

Starting Pay : $18-$20 / hour, Part-Time, hourly
