A company is looking for a Sr QNXT Config Analyst to lead the configuration and optimization of QNXT systems for healthcare claims processing.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct requirements discovery sessions with clients to determine configuration outcomes and clarify gaps
Configure QNXT for new implementations and maintain existing plan configurations
Troubleshoot claim pend issues and ensure compliance with Medicaid and Medicare program requirements
Required Qualifications
10+ years of hands-on experience configuring the QNXT system
Proficiency in creating and maintaining provider contracts, benefits, service groups, and fee tables
Experience with QNXT backend and ability to write SQL queries for analysis and configuration validation
Strong troubleshooting skills for claim pend issues and defect remediation
Familiarity with Medicaid and Medicare programs
