Job Title : Python Developer

Location : Soho Square (Onsite W2 only)

Client : Ernst & Young (E&Y)

Work Authorization : GC, USC, H4 EAD, L2 EAD

Rate : $60 / hr (W2)

Experience : 8 10 Years

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Python Developer to join our team at Ernst & Young (E&Y) in Soho Square. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in backend development, API design, data processing, and integration with cloud-based systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Python-based applications and APIs.
  • Collaborate with data engineers, architects, and analysts to develop efficient backend systems.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices and coding standards.
  • Develop data pipelines, automation scripts, and integration frameworks.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance of existing applications.
  • Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and agile ceremonies.
  • Integrate third-party services and APIs into internal systems.

Required Skills

  • 8 10 years of hands-on experience in Python development .
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns.
  • Experience with Flask , Django , or FastAPI frameworks.
  • Proficiency with RESTful APIs , SQL , and data modeling .
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) .
  • Experience with version control (Git) and CI / CD pipelines .
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

    • Nice to Have

  • Experience with Pandas , NumPy , or PySpark for data-driven projects.
  • Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes .
  • Exposure to DevOps practices and microservices architecture .
