Total Facility Solutions / Exentec Installation Services is actively searching for a Senior Project Manager located in Lehi, UT. This position is responsible for managing and administering construction project activities related to process piping. The Senior Project Manager is responsible for ensuring all construction functions are completed correctly and in a timely manner. In addition, this person is the primary TFS customer representative, so a strong customer service mindset is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide and maintain a safe and healthy construction site, ensure that safe work systems are implemented, and receive IFW training.
• Support the creation and maintenance of an Incident and Injury Free Workplace.
• Collaborate with HSE staff for strategic and tactical implementation of EHS processes and procedures.
• Support Business Development Activities as required and in coordination with Marketing / Business Development Department.
• Independently manage projects including daily activities, staffing, P&L, cash flow and reporting, and coordinate with administrative functions at site, regional, and corporate offices.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the Company / Owner contract and all project correspondence and documentation.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with the GC / CM, Owner, and their representatives.
• Assist the Operations Director or Project Director in contract negotiations.
• Lead the Project Kick-off Meeting and subsequent project planning meetings with project resources.
• Inform the Operations Director of a project's status regarding cost, schedule, quality, safety, and client relationships.
• Ensure all project staff receive appropriate training for EHS, Quality, TFS corporate processes, customer processes, and functional skills.
• Identify problems and manage / document changes and impacts on the project.
• Evaluate risk, establish a risk register, implement mitigation plans, and monitor / manage regularly.
• Attend monthly project status review meetings with the Operations Director, Regional Operations Manager, and Finance.
• Coordinate with the assigned Project Accountant to ensure monthly billing.
• Other duties as assigned.
