Responsibilities :
Proven experience in service management, preferably in heavy equipment, automotive, or related industries.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach teams.
Solid technical knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, or heavy equipment systems.
Customer-first mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Business acumen with the ability to manage budgets, forecast, and drive department profitability.
