Required Qualifications

Physical Therapist, Outpatient\nExperience : New Grad Accepted\nLicenses : PT- MI\nCertifications : BLS-AHA(Copy needed)\nSSN Required\nDOB Required\nReferences : 2 References in entire work history\n\nPT Experience - Required

Pediatric Experience - Required

Acute Care Experience - Highly Preferred
