We are seeking an experienced Public Relations professional to lead communications initiatives for the US Hispanic market. This role focuses on shaping brand reputation, managing publicity campaigns, and providing strategic communications counsel across diverse media and business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
- Lead publicity campaigns and communications programs for content launches, talent relations, and corporate announcements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media representatives and senior business leaders to drive positive sentiment and engagement.
- Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies that align with organizational objectives.
- Monitor reputational risks, anticipate challenges, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across multiple regions to execute global and local initiatives.
- Deliver clear and consistent messaging in both English and Spanish across all communications channels.
- Manage agency partners and internal stakeholders to ensure operational excellence and quality deliverables within established timelines.
Skills & Experience Required
8+ years of experience in communications, with significant exposure to the US Hispanic market.Proven ability to manage complex publicity campaigns and communications programs.Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellence in written and verbal communication.Experience managing relationships with senior stakeholders and executives.Crisis communications experience.Strong project management and organizational skills.Established network of media and industry contacts.Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, or a related field.Top 3 Must-Have Skills
