Board of Directors Member

A company is looking for a Board of Directors Member.

Key Responsibilities

Provide long-term financial oversight, including budget approval and audit reviews

Oversee the Executive Director's performance and provide legal guidance for the organization

Act as ambassadors to enhance the organization's public profile and support fundraising efforts

Required Qualifications

Commitment to animal advocacy and alignment with vegan and anti-speciesist values

Experience in fundraising, nonprofit governance, or accounting / finance

Ability to collaborate effectively with other board members

Willingness to dedicate a minimum of four hours per month to board activities

Based in the United States and open to diverse backgrounds
