Weekend Requirement : Every other weekend (SAT / SUN)...

May float between MS / Tele units, MS / Neuro, MS / Oncology, MS / Orthopedic and Observation units, as needed (Confirm floating with traveler)...

Patient Ratio : 1 : 6…

BLS Required… ACLS, NIH preferred...

2+ years experience required…

18 beds on the unit…

Patient mix on unit : Medical conditions including, but not limited to, CHF, pneumonia, diabetes, and cardiac issues. Occasional post-surgical patients could be admitted to this unit. Knowledge of chest tubes, surgical drains, oxygen therapy, IV therapy, blood glucose monitoring, and telemetry monitoring are highly recommended…
