We're looking for a Group Creative Director with bold instincts, strategic clarity, and the kind of taste that makes teams sharper just by proximity. This role will partner closely with a current ECD to lead some of the most high-profile and creatively ambitious work in the building on our Unilever US business.

You'll help shape big, earned-first ideas for household-name brands across categories like beauty, personal care, and food-balancing vision, craft, and leadership in equal measure. We want someone who can confidently lead a pitch, grow talent with heart and rigor, and turn a scrappy start into something culture-worthy.

You should have :

• A track record of award-winning, earned-centric and 360 creative work that breaks through
• Experience leading large, multi-level creative teams-and a reputation for growing talent, not just managing it
• Deep understanding of the beauty or personal care category, with an eye for cultural nuance and craft
• Proven success partnering across cross-functional teams (creative, strategy, production, social, etc.)
• The ability to set a high creative bar-and the tools to help others meet it

An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits.
