Overview
Flow Automotive Companies is seeking an Automotive Sales Manager. Applicants MUST have experience as an automotive sales manager (New or USED) - others need not apply.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement plans for success; understand processes necessary to achieve objectives.
- Assess staff capabilities, progress, and efforts; spend time developing salespeople.
- Proactively create plans to improve forecast performance when off target and to excel when on target.
- Adapt to the technology-assisted automotive marketplace by utilizing provided tools and processes.
