$19.50-20.50 / hr + tips an extra average of $2 in tips per hour

Salary : $19.50 - $20.50 / hr Plus an extra average of $2 in tips per hour, the pay rate includes secret shopper bonus

Shift Leaders support the General Manager (GM) and Assistant General Manager (AGM) in effectively and efficiently managing a restaurant within the policies and guidelines of the company to ensure guest satisfaction, profit maximization, and high performing work teams.

Managers provide hands-on support of the employees and tasks of every position including cashier, lobby, prep, grill, fries, and opening and closing duties.
