Client Services Representative (Madison)
ServiceMaster is looking for an energetic, self-motivated candidate who will be working in a multifaceted position, Monday thru Friday with flexibility, as needed.
Essential duties include but are not limited to :
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients
- Provide support and effective communication between office staff, operations, production staff, and clients
- Timely communication and response, via email, phone, or text to our clients requests
- Conduct site visits and service inspections
- Maintain an ethical and professional relationship with all clients and prospective clients
- Explore new business opportunities with existing clients
- Support business growth by responding to new client inquiries and assisting in qualifying potential new accounts
- Prepare various types of quotes for project and janitorial services
- Follow up on all project work
- Assist with new account startups
- Emergency on-call, as scheduled
