We’re seeking a Mechanical Drafter / Designer to support our Kenner, LA facility. This full-time role is ideal for someone with strong 2D and 3D drafting experience, a sharp mechanical eye, and the drive to turn complex ideas into detailed, accurate manufacturing drawings. What We're Looking For :

• Education : Associate degree in Computer Aided Design (CAD) and Drafting
• Experience : 1-3 years of relevant experience in 2D mechanical drafting and 3D solid modeling for development of manufacturing prints including detailed dimensioning and tolerances
• Superb micrometer and other precision measurement skills
• Knowledge of machining operations preferred
• Tech-Savvy : Proficient in MS Office; ability to adapt to technology-driven tools; CMM experience is a plus
• Detail-Oriented : A keen eye for detail and the ability to ensure products meet or exceed quality standards
• Collaborative : Effective at influencing work performance and fostering teamwork without direct authority
• Safety-Minded : Committed to upholding health and safety standards in all aspects of work
• Results-Driven : A proactive approach to completing assignments in a timely manner
• Organizational Skills : Excellent at simultaneously managing large file and information sets in a dynamic environment
• Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
