Compensation : $23.00 starting hourly pay. Up to $1,120.50 per week

These include : 90-day performance review and opportunity to move from $23 to $23.50 per hour. 6-month performance review with a max promotion to $24.00 per hour. 12-month performance review with a max promotion to $24.50 per hour. Delivery Driver Start Time : Start time 10 : 30am - shifts range between 8-10 hours per day. Shifts are available 7 days per week. Full time work week is 4 days with 3 days off a week. Part time work is 3-2 days per week. Weekends preferred. This is a seasonal position, with a start date no earlier than October 30, 2025 and an end date no later than January 15, 2025; unless Amazon approves an extension.

This position is based out of WWG1 in PASCO, WA. We proudly serve the Columbia Basin of Eastern Washington including the Tri-Cities, Walla Walla, and Pendleton areas.

Qualifications

Requirements to be a Delivery Driver : Must be authorized to work in the United States. Must be at least 21 years of age or older. Must have a valid Driver's License issued in the United States. Must be willing to undergo a 4 Panel (no THC) drug screen. Must possess the ability to comfortably drive a large cargo delivery van. Must be physically fit to lift and deliver packages up to 50 pounds.

Equipment Provided for Delivery Drivers : Amazon-branded vehicle, Non-CDL. Delivery vehicle, gas and insurance. Mobile delivery device. Uniforms. Safety shoes after completion of driver training. Snacks and beverages.

What You'll Do

As a Delivery Associate, you'll drive an Amazon-branded vehicle, delivering 150-300 packages per day. You will be a delivery driver hero in the neighborhoods you serve, interacting with customers and the public in a positive and professional manner!

Delivery Driver Duties and Responsibilities : Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times. Use hand held device for routing information, customer delivery information. Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions. Load and unload packages to be delivered.
