The Gastroenterology Physician position requires candidates to be Board Eligible or Board Certified in Gastroenterology with 5-8 years of GI experience. Responsibilities include inpatient and outpatient care, with an average of one clinic day per week supported by an APP. Candidates must possess a MI license or be willing to obtain one, along with necessary certifications and a clean malpractice history.

• Will consider candidates who are Board Eligible (must become Board Certified within a year). Board Certified in Gastroenterology with 5-8 years of GI work experience (not including residency / fellowship) is preferred.
• Position includes inpatient, outpatient, rounds, and clinic.
• Average number of patients per day : Clinic is covered one day / week with APP support in-house and in the clinic.
• Not open to Locum and / or Locum to Perm candidates
• Not open to candidates who have lapsed Board Certification(s) and need to obtain them again
• Not open to 1099 candidates for this position
• Not open to providers who want to commute long distances (more than 1 hour) and / or in conjunction with another job(s)
• Not open to candidates seeking alternate shift schedules to what is described above
• Open to H1B candidates only, not open to J1
