Overview
Product Sales Support Rep. at Power Motive Corporation . The PSSR is the key point of contact for customers in the assigned territory and supports key parts and service functions for all PMC product lines.
Responsibilities
- Manage key "commodity" items for repair and / or replacement : Undercarriage / Tires; Ground Engaging Tools (GET); Filters & Oils
- Grow Preventative Maintenance (PM) business : Expand existing PM service machine base; Sell cost / hr and / or block services
- Assist customers with component repair, rebuild and / or replacement decisions : Major components / minor components; Welding fabrication and line-boring
