- Triage incoming patient calls and walk-ins\n
- Administer vaccines (pediatric and adult), perform point-of-care tests, wound care, venipuncture, and emergency triage\n
- Review and track lab results, collaborate with providers to address abnormal findings\n
- Support employee onboarding with TB testing and vaccine administration\n
- Assist in community health events, managing ancillary staff and nursing students\n
- Participate in staff training, education development, and competency evaluations\n
- Contribute to integrated care coordination across departments\n
- Maintain cold chain compliance when transporting vaccines\n
- Help develop patient education materials and documentation guides\n\nQualifications : \n
- Active RN license in the State of California (required)\n
- BSN preferred, or equivalent nursing education and training\n
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience in a primary care setting\n
- CPR certification required\n
- ACLS and PALS certifications preferred\n
