We're seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to support our busy outpatient clinic, where you'll work with a passionate, low-turnover team using the latest medical equipment and electronic health records (EHR).\n\nThis is a full-time, weekday-only position — no nights, weekends, or on-call — in a single-location clinic with a steady flow of 15–20 patients per day.\n\nThis position qualifies for student loan forgiveness under the Federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program.\n\nCompensation & Benefits : \n

  • Hourly rate : $58–$64 / hour (DOE)\n

  • Triage incoming patient calls and walk-ins\n
  • Administer vaccines (pediatric and adult), perform point-of-care tests, wound care, venipuncture, and emergency triage\n
  • Review and track lab results, collaborate with providers to address abnormal findings\n
  • Support employee onboarding with TB testing and vaccine administration\n
  • Assist in community health events, managing ancillary staff and nursing students\n
  • Participate in staff training, education development, and competency evaluations\n
  • Contribute to integrated care coordination across departments\n
  • Maintain cold chain compliance when transporting vaccines\n
  • Help develop patient education materials and documentation guides\n\nQualifications : \n
  • Active RN license in the State of California (required)\n
  • BSN preferred, or equivalent nursing education and training\n
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience in a primary care setting\n
  • CPR certification required\n
  • ACLS and PALS certifications preferred\n
