Patient Representative

Seeking a full time Patient Representative who is committed to world-class customer service. Being the front-line for patients when visiting the hospital, this position will be responsible for :

• Timely, courteous, and accurate collection of patient information and all related documentation to complete registration.
• Has proficient knowledge and understanding of patient registration process with the Registration system.
• Collects accurate patient demographic information necessary to admit patients to the hospital.
• Completes all necessary forms and treatment consents at the time of registration.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements :

EDUCATION : GED or High School Diploma required

EXPERIENCE : 1 year related experience preferred
