Job Description :

Support the maintenance and lifecycle engineering of neonatal care devices by troubleshooting, testing, and documenting electrical systems.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities :

Maintain and support existing neonatal care products, including incubators and phototherapy devices

Troubleshoot, test, and write engineering assessments and deviation reports for electrical components

Modify and document electrical circuitry for legacy products

Collaborate with quality, mechanical, and regulatory teams

Perform root cause analysis and apply EMI / EMC / ESD shielding strategies

Independently manage electrical engineering tasks and reporting

Requirements : Must-Haves :

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering

5 years of experience with analog and digital circuit design

Experience using CAD tools such as Altium, Mentor, or Cadence

Background in regulated environments (e.g., medical device, aerospace)

Strong skills in EMI, EMC, and ESD mitigation

Proven ability in troubleshooting and root cause analysis

Nice-to-Haves :

Medical device industry experience

Master's degree in Electrical Engineering

Experience in both new product development and lifecycle support
