Job Summary

SpecialtyCare is expanding our Marketing team and we are seeking a Creative Marketing Specialist to join our talented group of leading marketers in Brentwood, TN! In this role the Creative Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing graphic and video assets to engage employees, the community and customers. Working alongside marketing team members to develop the best conversion rates for digital assets while ensuring that all existing and new marketing deliverables adhere to SpecialtyCare’s brand standards and visual style guidelines. This is a hybrid opportunity!

Responsibilities

Work with all elements of graphic design including digital, print, text, and video.
Optimize digital assets for mobile consumption.
Coordinate when A / B testing is required.
Source assets needed.
Adhere to project deadlines and optimizes personal time management.
Develop infographics, brochures, white papers, social media graphics, videos, gifs, logos, promotional material, direct mailers, event material, and any other assets used in marketing communications.
Maintain and update the style guide as required.
Manage the entire video production process including planning, filming, producing, editing, sourcing audio and stock footage, creation of supporting graphics, and final file preparation.
Create display ads for online advertising platforms.
Assist in creation of PowerPoint / keynote templates and presentations.
Collaborate with website design on creative elements and tools to improve Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
Pitch creative concepts to stakeholders and leadership.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Fine Art or Graphic Design or related field.

Experience

Three (3) or more years of related work experience.

Equivalent combination of education and experience, acceptable.

Knowledge and Skills

Strong proficiency in conducting research via the Internet.

Must be highly organized and able to monitor own work to ensure quality.

Ability to pay continual attention to detail.

Must have strong knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign and Avid, Premier and / or similar software.

Ability to work toward results and complete what is started with a sense of urgency.

Highly creative.

Ability to think outside-the-box while staying abreast of new trends.

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Ability to properly communicate and otherwise interact with both internal and external contacts.
