Job Description

Join our team as a Machine Operator, where you’ll set up and operate machines to perform precision machining operations such as drilling, reaming, countersinking, spot facing, and tapping holes in metal workpieces. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and ideal for individuals who take pride in producing quality work. Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints and shop packets to determine specifications, dimensions, and tooling needs

Perform machine set-up including mounting fixtures, adjusting speeds / feeds, and installing cutting tools

Operate equipment to complete machining processes and ensure accurate alignment with jigs and guides

Verify quality of work at inspection intervals and document results per company procedures

Maintain a clean and organized work area by following 5S standards and assist with other duties as needed

Qualifications and Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent training / experience accepted

Ability to read and understand blueprints, diagrams, and instructions

Basic math skills : add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Willingness to work overtime and occasional Saturdays as scheduled

The base pay range for this position is $16.00, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future  growth.
