VP Homecare

Job Description

We are searching for a full time, direct hire VP of Homecare in Delmont, PA to be a strong leader with natural sales ability and innovative thinking

You will be expected to oversee and work with homecare division offices to ensure each office completes the following :

o Increase office revenue for each office by a minimum of 3.5% each month

o Increase total billable hours for each office by a minimum of 100 hours per month

o Gain 1 new private pay client in both Central PA Homecare (“CPAHC”) and Eastern PA Homecare (“EPAHC”) offices per month

o Gain 2 new private pay clients in the Western PA Homecare (“WPAHC”) office per month

o Retain clients with a 90% retention rate

o Personally schedule a minimum of 100 billable homecare hours per week

o Personally sign on a minimum of 1 new client per month

o Personally attend a minimum of 1 in-person event per quarter

o Personally hire a minimum of 1 new caregiver per month

o Personally complete client visits both in person and virtually, as applicable

Additional requirements are :

• Travel up to 50%
• Experience in the homecare industry
• Experience in managing multiple direct reports, preferably in multiple office locations
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
