About The Team

The People team supports employee lifecycle, benefits, engagement, and community-building efforts, ensuring smooth operations from recruitment to anniversaries. We are seeking a dynamic People Business Partner to collaborate closely with leaders across retail and corporate departments, driving People strategy and enhancing employee experience. The role reports to the Director, Talent Management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to create a top-tier employment experience.
• Support onboarding, compensation, performance, and development initiatives with People Operations.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on resource planning, hiring, and interviews.
• Lead programs on performance management, manager development, and recognition.
• Identify root causes of issues and implement effective solutions.
• Provide data-driven insights to inform decisions and improve team effectiveness.
• Develop and deploy impactful policies and programs to support growth.
• Work proactively to evaluate future business and team needs.
• Support and guide employees at all levels.
