job_description.job_card.job_descriptionAnalyze mechanical and operational problems on equipment and make necessary repairs and corrections to maintain maximum productions quality Move, adjust, repair and install new and existing equipment and perform scheduled maintenance on machinery Keep plant, equipment, and work area clean and organized Maintain safety standards as directed and required Operate Wastewater Treatment System as assigned Rebuild mechanical and process equipment as assigned Process paperwork related to work assignments Perform other duties as assigned Knowledge of electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting Knowledge of machine operating Skill in the use of general hand tools, heat sensing devices, power tools, electronic meters, pressure testing devices, welding and air tools Ability to withstand extreme heat and cool Ability to frequently lift, stand, bend, and stoop Ability to descent and climb a maximum of 30 rungs to access system pump stations Ability to lift 50 pounds Ability to utilize a Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus requiring adequate respiratory function Ability to detect and differentiate High School Diploma or GED Must have a valid driver's license and be insurable under the Tribe's insurance Must be able to work irregular hours including evenings and weekends as required
