The Real Estate Development Analyst is responsible for all business development and sales activities in the marketing, reviewing, analyzing, and negotiating of Vertical Bridge (VB) ground leases through its various programs, including Ground Lease Buyouts.

Job Functions :

• Work with VB's landlords to facilitate, negotiate and execute ground lease amendments and ground lease buyouts through various programs
• Review and analyze ground current ground lease provisions to identify favorable and unfavorable terms
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with VB landlords
• Create and manage business development materials (i.e. phone, email, text, and mail campaigns)
• Coordinate and manage the closing / execution process from inception to completion
• Maintain and build Salesforce database for tracking Landlord activity and completed amendments
• Work through assigned territory of VB landlord's and ensure every site receives communication within assigned time period
• Present deals to the investment committee for approval
• Communicate and work effectively with other VB departments
• Assist the Director and Vice President of Real Estate Development on special projects and other duties as assigned
