job_description.job_card.job_descriptionResponsible for quality control programs on projects Document job walks with project status photos Fosters relationships with General Contractors, Owners, and Stakeholders Ensures all safety and environmental policies are followed Ensures all work is installed per project scope and adheres to industry standards and codes Ensures field personnel have the appropriate tools and materials Evaluates construction methods and cost-effectiveness Regularly visits projects to assess performance, safety, progress, and quality Attends corporate project status meetings Confirms ADA regulations and code for installation Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint / OneDrive) Proficient in Adobe PDF editor or similar Competence in operating a desktop computer / laptop and a cell phone / iPad Proficient in using ERP tools Familiarity with Bluebeam construction software is preferred Familiarity with Procore, Autodesk Build, FieldWire, etc., preferred Must be a licensed plumber Basic computer skills Must have current OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certificate (must obtain OSHA 10 Certificate within 90 days of hire) Basic Proficiency in English required. Candidates must have a basic understanding of English for safety purposes and to communicate with colleagues, vendors, and contractors on-site effectively. The ability to follow instructions and engage with the team is essential for success in this role.
