Senior Compensation Analyst (Morrisville)

Our client is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst to join the team! This role is direct hire, full time with a large healthcare company. The position is hybrid onsite / remote and 4 days in office in Morrisville, NC. Looking for a senior level compensation analyst who has strong experience analyzing employee bonuses for large corporate companies. Will be responsible for training 1 other comp analyst as well. • Experience with HR systems including DayForce, UKG, Ultipro, etc
• Experience with compensation for a large multi-location company
• 3+ years of experience in compensation planning including analyzing employee bonuses
• Experience in a large corporate company
• Strong Excel experience
• Ability to train other team members
