Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for a Global Supply Chain Program Manager 3 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals within our Global Supply Chain Organization. This leadership role is located in office on-site at Palmdale, California or Redondo Beach, California. We are looking for self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented people to help us grow our services and become even better at what we do. This role is for a F-35 Production GSC Program Manager 3 and will be responsible, accountable and have the authority for the operational efficiency, strategy, planning and execution of the Production GSC execution for the F-35. This role is part of the GSC Program Management team and will be challenged to resolve issues and implement solutions, in a quick fast-paced environment - including process improvements, tools, metrics, data integration, and coordination and collaboration with key GSC and program stakeholders. This is a 100% in-person position. The candidate will be expected to be in Palmdale every Wednesday at a minimum.

Job Responsibilities

• Single Point of Contact (POC) for a portion of the GSC SOW to the Integrated Product Team (IPT) Director
• Responsible for timely closure of assigned actions, projects, initiatives and efforts for GSC in support of the IPT goals and expectations
• Work with the GSC functional homerooms and establish the GSC training strategy, plan, facilitators and milestone completion status and health
• Ability to travel international and domestic up to 10%

Primary Level Salary Range : $170,000.00 - $255,000.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
