We are looking for compassionate, dependable Home Care Aides to provide personal care and support that helps clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.

What You’ll Do

Assist clients with personal care needs (bathing, grooming, dressing, oral care, etc.)

Support clients with mobility, transfers, exercise, and safe ambulation

Help with meal planning, food shopping, and meal preparation

Provide light housekeeping such as laundry and changing bed linens

Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support

Assist with medication reminders (self-administration)

Support transportation needs as outlined in the care plan

Document care provided and report changes in client condition

What We’re Looking For

Must be at least 18 years of age

A caring, compassionate, and positive attitude

Previous caregiving experience (preferred, but not required)

Reliable transportation to travel to multiple client locations

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical caregiving tasks

Must pass background checks, health screenings, and TB testing as required

Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
