Location : On-site

Shift : Rotating, 12 hour Night Shift (Red), 6 : 00 pm - 6 : 30 am including some weekends

Wage : Starts at a base of $21.84 / Hr. with additional $2.00 / Hr. shift differential

Position Overview : The Cleanout Technician assists in cleaning out production machinery and manages and operates cleaning equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions :

• Executes proper cleaning of production equipment following dry cleaning methods as outlined in Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP’s).
• Cleans surrounding machinery area, including mezzanine and area floors.
• Works with team members to effectively complete all cleaning job tasks in a timely manner.
• Assists in cleaning all areas of production machinery and equipment, in a food-safe manner to prevent cross contamination.
• Maintains, manages, and operates cleaning equipment.
• Reports any concerns with the plant, machinery, SOP’s, and SSOP’s.
• Keeps towel dispensers supplied with clean towels and removes soiled towels daily.
• Complies with all company policies and procedures and operates all equipment in a safe and food-safe manner.
• Complies with Bob’s Red Mill food safety policies and procedures including adherence to FDA regulations, Safe Quality Food (SQF) Standards, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
• Responsible for reporting food safety and quality concerns to Supervisors and / or Department Manager.
• Performs other duties and tasks as assigned.
