Salary Range : $43,700.00 - $82,400.00
Overview : Working under the direction of the Finance Manager in the Departments of Pathology, Laboratory Medicine and Therapeutic Radiology, the Portfolio Associate position supports the departments research enterprise and is responsible for managing day to day financial transactions and financial reporting. The position provides a high level of customer service and interacts with all levels of finance within the department and the Yale School of Medicine community. The Portfolio Associate will gain the knowledge to exercise discretion and independent judgment while working on various research funding sources including federal and non-federal awards, gifts and endowments, and University Service Provider accounts. Handles all activities for post-award for assigned portfolios and acts as a first-level approver for Workday financial transactions.
