Property Maintenance Technician Minimum Qualifications :

• Must be of the age of 18 or older
• Must have and maintain a valid drivers license
• Must have a clean driving record
• Must have use of a reliable, insured vehicle

Property Maintenance Technician Key responsibilities :

Make repairs at properties as requested, troubleshooting a variety of maintenance problems

Maintain organized records, including documentation of all work completed, expenses, etc.

Expand scope of repairs able to be made by taking ownership for solving problems, asking questions, and continuing to learn

Property Maintenance Technician Key requirements :

Maintenance or construction experience, formal or informal

High school diploma or equivalent

Must have personal vehicle and tools for daily work use, and be able to participate in a rotating on-call schedule

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively use related apps and systems
