Job Description

A Host / Hostess plays a vital role in creating a positive first impression, upon arrival warmly and promptly welcoming all guests as well as delivering a friendly departure. They will coordinate customer check in with servers and by sections to ensure efficient seating for party sizes + requests, manage phone calls / reservations / to-go orders and assist with customer inquiries. Our Host Team will work directly with the Managers on duty to maintain the front entryway areas, oversee coat check services, monitor table times + turnover performance, logged checks for bathroom cleanliness and provide great overall interactions to all our customers.
