Location & Responsibilities

Scottsdale, AZ (On-site)

  • Requires a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years.
  • Agile experience preferred.
  • Department of Defense SECRET clearance preferred at hire.
  • Must obtain SECRET clearance within a reasonable time.
  • Subject to U.S. Government security investigation.
  • U.S. citizenship required.

Candidate Summary

We are seeking a Web Software Developer to join our team in Scottsdale, AZ. This role involves working closely with a small team to design, build, test, deploy, and support enterprise web applications aimed at modernizing how data and design information are managed for our customers.

The applications store project data in a relational database, enabling advanced data mining and supporting tasks such as managing licensed software installs, license allocation, and system configurations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent) plus 5 years of relevant experience, or a Master's plus 3 years.
  • Subject Matter Expert in designing, developing, integrating, testing, and maintaining web applications using the Django Python Framework and Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Key technologies : Django (Python), Microsoft SQL Server, GitLab / Git, HTML5, HTMX, JavaScript, CSS .
  • Able to develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
  • Demonstrates initiative, sound judgment, and ability to work independently.
  • Deep understanding of software engineering principles.
  • Experienced in addressing complex problems that require evaluating multiple variables and selecting optimal approaches.
  • Skilled in secure software design and development.
  • Experience with system administration, enterprise deployment, and Active Directory authentication.
  • Capable of performing advanced technical analysis in planning, engineering, and designing web applications.
  • Proactively identifies and implements efficient solutions to application issues.
