About The Role

We are building out our AI strategy and tech stack on the Microsoft ecosystem and OpenAI platform. As part of this effort, we are launching multiple AI initiatives leveraging Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Apps, and Azure AI / ML services.

We are seeking AI Solutions Developers who will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered applications and copilots within our Microsoft ecosystem. This is a hands-on role requiring both technical expertise and the ability to manage the full product lifecycle - from concept to adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Development

Design, build, and deploy AI agents and copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate, and other Power Platform tools.

Manage projects through the full lifecycle : requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

Partner with business stakeholders to identify high-value use cases.

Work closely with IT, data governance, and security teams to ensure compliance with firmwide standards.

Compensation & Benefits

The salary range for this role is $80,000-120,0000. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate\'s skill set, experience, certifications, and geographic location. Compensation may vary by location due to differences in the cost of labor.
