Overview Role Overview We are seeking an AI-Focused Graphic Designer to join our dynamic creative team. This role blends cutting-edge artificial intelligence tools with traditional graphic design expertise to push the boundaries of fashion branding and digital storytelling. You will design visually impactful assets across multiple platforms while leveraging AI-driven technologies to accelerate workflows, generate fresh concepts, and bring innovative creative ideas to life. Key Responsibilities AI-Powered Creativity – Integrate AI tools (e.g., generative design, image manipulation, ideation platforms) into daily workflows to enhance creative outputs and accelerate design iterations. Experiment with emerging AI technologies to develop new formats and visual styles that keep the brand at the forefront of digital design.

Design & Production – Create compelling marketing materials for email campaigns, affiliate programs, paid social, homepage, e-commerce, and beyond. Develop bold, trend-driven visuals that resonate with the brand’s global audience while maintaining brand consistency.

Collaboration & Optimization – Partner with Site Operations and Marketing teams to refine designs based on performance metrics and audience insights. Continuously test, iterate, and optimize creatives for engagement and conversion. Provide fresh design ideas for seasonal campaigns, product launches, and influencer / celebrity collaborations.

Innovation & Brand Building – Help evolve the brand’s visual identity by incorporating AI-enhanced workflows into core design practices. Stay ahead of industry trends in AI and graphic design to ensure the brand remains an industry innovator. Proactively support special creative projects and campaigns that elevate the brand.

Role Requirements BA / BS degree or equivalent work experience.

Three plus years creating content and material for a fashion company.

Exceptional skills in Adobe Creative Suite.

Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills.

English; additional language(s) an advantage.

Schedule of this position : Monday – Friday, Core business hours, Onsite.

Details Salary : $85,000
