• Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and trade partner payments.
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts.
• Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings, including preparing journal entries and financial statements.
• Monitor budgets and prepare variance analysis reports for management review in Builder Trend.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Utilize QuickBooks to record financial transactions and generate reports.
• Process payroll bi monthly.
• Track and keep up with bonus structure, developed per employee, to be paid quarterly in most scenarios.
