A leading imaging organization is seeking a Full Time Operations Supervisor in Northern California. - Client Relations : Serve as a point of contact for client facilities; ensure positive relationships, resolve service issues, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Quality & Process Improvement : Utilize formal training in methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Financial Acumen : Interpret and act on P&L reports to support profitability and cost control.
- Technology Proficiency : Demonstrate above-average skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for reporting and communication.
Education, Experience and Travel
Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred).Knowledge of the US healthcare industry, diagnostic imaging trends and technology.Graduate of an approved radiology technology program and is registered by ARRT, NMTCB or ARMRIT Required. Licensure from the state of California preferred.Minimum of 2-3 years as a Radiologic Technologist Preferred.Minimum of 2 years imaging management experience (supervisor, manager or director).Prior experience in mobile imaging strongly preferred.Work from home, with overnight travel (5-7 nights / month).Must reside in Northern California.
