We are currently seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) to join our compassionate and highly skilled team. If you are  knowledge and / or experience in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) we also provide Ketamine and Spravato for our patients.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct individual therapy sessions tailored to clients' unique needs.
• Create and implement evidence-based treatment plans aligned with client goals.
• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, and other evidence-based approaches.
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, APRNs, and external care providers for integrated care.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans.
• Stay current on research, best practices, and ethical standards in the mental health field.
