Refried's products are designed and handcrafted in the US, using creative design processes and innovative upcycling methods.

Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for an Apparel Designer at Refried Apparel. The Apparel Designer will be responsible for creating designs, working with textiles, fitting garments, and selecting trims for the apparel production process. The role involves hands-on design work and collaboration with the production team.

Qualifications

Fashion Design and Textiles skills

Experience in garment fitting and creating trims

Knowledge of fashion trends and techniques

Passion for sustainable and eco-friendly practices in apparel design

Ability to work well in a team environment

Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills

Strong communication skills and ability to take initiative

Previous experience in apparel design or related field is a plus
