A well-established dental practice in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a skilled General Dentist to join their patient-centered team. This is a full-time opportunity in a modern, fully equipped office designed to support a wide range of general dentistry services.

About the Position

MondayFriday schedule

Collaborative 2-doctor practice model

General dentistry with opportunities for implant placement (office equipped with Pan)

8 operatories with a strong clinical support team, including 2 hygienists and 2 dental assistants

Patient base primarily includes cash and insured patients (no Medicaid)

Average of 1215 patients per day, plus hygiene checks

Compensation & Benefits

Daily minimum guarantee transitioning to 3032% of adjusted production
