Job Summary :
Newfound Lake Inn, a historic inn situated on the stunning Newfound Lake, is seeking a highly skilled and passionate General Manager to drive future success. Our Inn features a restaurant, a 26-room inn, and an events barn that hosts over 30 weddings annually. As the General Manager, you will be an exceptional leader, communicator, and planner responsible for managing operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and overseeing financial performance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage daily operations across all facets of the Inn, including the restaurant, inn, and events barn.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and drive revenue growth.
- Maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction by ensuring exceptional service and guest experiences.
- Oversee budget preparation and monitor financial performance, including costs and income, to meet budgetary goals.
- Manage staff scheduling and recruitment, fostering a positive work environment.
- Uphold the Inn's historic charm while ensuring modern comfort and convenience for guests.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years' experience in a management role within the hospitality industry.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strategic planning and problem-solving abilities.Proficient in financial management and budgeting.Knowledge of event planning and coordination.Passion for providing outstanding customer experiences.Compensation and Benefits :
