Job Description

Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects by analyzing blueprints and other project documentation. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to understand project scope and requirements. Evaluate subcontractor bids and recommend cost-effective solutions. Track and manage project budgets, ensuring alignment with financial goals. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing. Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project costs and progress. Identify potential cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all estimates and proposals.
