The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about contributing to a positive and efficient workplace. If you enjoy being in a supportive role and are eager to learn and grow within the insurance industry, we invite you to apply and become a key member of our team.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Warmly greet clients both in person and over the phone, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate team members.
  • Manage office communications and coordinate appointment scheduling effectively.
  • Assist in responding to inquiries and maintaining accurate client records.
  • Engage with prospective and existing clients, discussing their needs and offering tailored insurance solutions.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and follow up on client requirements.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks and projects to maintain smooth office operations.

    • Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients professionally.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Comfort and confidence in engaging in sales conversations.
  • Basic proficiency with computer systems, including Microsoft Office and CRM software.
