Key Responsibilities :

• Design and build end-to-end automation frameworks using Python and Selenium.
• Develop and maintain robust UI and functional automation suites
• Work closely with developers, QA, and DevOps teams to integrate automation within the CI / CD pipeline.
• Identify automation opportunities and optimize existing test processes.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and continuously enhance automation scripts and frameworks.
• Lead and guide a small QA / automation team in project delivery.

Required Skills & Experience :

7+ years of experience in Test Automation , with at least 3+ years as an SDET Lead

Expert-level proficiency in Python programming and Selenium WebDriver.

Strong hands-on experience in building automation frameworks from scratch

Good understanding of OOPs concepts PyTest unittest , and BDD frameworks

Experience with CI / CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or equivalent).

Solid knowledge of SQL , version control (Git), and API testing using tools like Postman or Python requests library.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
