We are continuing our clinical endeavors this summer with the highly successful Summer Experience Enrichment Program!

• Role Summary
• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy.
• Engage in crisis intervention and diagnostic assessments.
• Develop and implement treatment plans.
• Collaborate in a multi-disciplinary team.
• Minimum Requirements
• Active Maryland LGPC / LCPC, LGFT / LCMFT, LMSW / LCSW-C license.
• Availability for a minimum of 10 sessions / week.
• Reliable high-speed internet.
• Satisfactory CJIS / FBI report.
• Professional malpractice liability insurance.
• Skills & Abilities
• Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with an emphasis on confidentiality.
• Demonstrated crisis management skills.
• Key Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide therapy and document sessions.
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
• Meet weekly productivity targets.
• Participate in professional development.
