• The Instructional Designer role is key to supporting high quality learner experiences and measurable value from educational programs and activities.
• The Instructional Designer will support subject matter experts (SMEs) and other stakeholders in the timely creation of innovative instructional content tailored to diverse learning needs.
• This role will demonstrate a passion for adult learning principles, strong communication skills, and the ability to foster a collaborative learning environment.
• The instructional designer will work closely with partnering departments to drive measurable improvements to PaceMate’s success in internal and external educational programs that support organizational objectives.

Essential Functions :

Collaborate with SME’s to design and develop instructional materials and programs, applying best practices in instructional design, adult learning principles, and educational technology to enhance timely delivery of instructional materials (e.g., e-learning modules, instructor-led training, job aids), learner engagement and retention.

Apply learning theories and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s Taxonomy).
