The Interactive Designer will e xecute designs for web-based brand content and digital interfaces that support CB2 brand and marketing initiatives for CB2.com and CB2 app. Use content management systems to build and launch content that aligns with seasonal and promotional calendars. Deliver interactive digital solutions that are customer-focused, intuitive, accessible, and meet all brand standards.

A day in the life as an Interactive Designer...

• Design and produce visual assets for brand and marketing banners, landing pages, and other digital touchpoints.
• Build and launch web content, promotions, and campaigns using CMS tools.
• Create and enhance eCommerce interactions, leveraging motion and interactivity to engage users.
• Monitor and optimize site performance, speed, and accessibility across devices and browsers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams-including Product, IT, Marketing, and other designers-to deliver cohesive brand experiences.
• Support the development and maintenance of consistent visual design patterns, standards, and specifications.
• Manage multiple projects effectively, delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Minimum Starting Rate : $78,000.00 Annually

Up to : $89,900.00 Annually

Pay ranges will be adjusted upward as needed to comply with applicable state and local law. In addition to your salary, based on your role, associates may be eligible for other compensation including bonuses, sales incentives, and long term incentives.
