Job Description

What You’ll Do :

Leadership & Supervision

• Directly supervise and mentor LVNs / LPNs / RNs in the field according to state guidelines
• Provide clinical oversight, training, and ongoing support to homecare staff
• Conduct performance evaluations and competency assessments

Care Coordination & Clinical Oversight

Compliance & Quality Assurance

Collaboration & Program Development
